I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic, I recently noticed the check engine light came on?
I know that GMC has a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, what does it cover in great detail all that it covers? Also I noticed that my transmission had been making noise for quite sometime and I took it back to the dealer like three times prior while I had the 36,000 mile warranty. What are my options I"ve only had the truck for under 50,000 miles, what are my options and should I pay for something I've asked them to fix before again and again? Help Please? I don't want to lose a lot of money paying out of pocket for the cost? Any Answers? Or had GMC sold me a LEMON?
I am not familiar with GM warranty. The check engine light might be on for a multitude of reasons. Either way, you should call the dealership and speak with a service adviser. They will be able to tell you everything you need to know. Good luck!
