do I need to install saab 95 windshield wiper transmission and motor and if yes how do I do it?
wiper arm on driver side of 2001 saab 95 operates in a jerky fashion.... it appears that the connection to the wiper motor is out of wack,,, guessing that I need to remove the wiper arm and then fix the connection into the wiper motor under the windshield... saab site shows a "wiper transmission" part and a wiper motor part... the motor itself seems to work b/c the arm on the passenger side works fine... the arm on the driver side works too (it goes back and forth) but it is very herky-jerky and seems like the gears are out of wack... do I need to replace the "wiper transmission"? and/or wiper motor and if yes how do I replace?
there is a cap covering the hold down nut for the wiper arm.pull cover up off nut & tighten.
