Rebuilt Transmission Companies: Accurate Transmission (Mundelein Illinois) vs Shift Management (Sacramento CA)?

Which transmission company would you go with? I'm replacing a FORD AOD (not AOD-E) for a 90 Lincoln Towncar (302 OHV).
Sorry, Shift Management is actually remanufactured, not rebuilt. Also, the engine already has 170,000 miles on it. I really only need this car to last another 2 or 3 years (I'm in college currently, paying for my tuition, so as much as I would like to buy a newer car, I don't have much more than $1500 to throw at this)

I'd go with a new remanufactured transmission, not a rebuilt transmission.
